Men’s Coach
Jai is an experienced coach with more than 20 years of 1st and 2nd grade Sydney Premier League playing experience, and a strong track record in high‑performance environments. He has led Australian Country U21 teams to multiple Oceania medals, including gold in Fiji, and coached NSW Men’s Country to sustained success over many years. Jai has also guided NSW Lions to back‑to‑back Melbourne International Tournament titles and developed emerging talent through NSW Bush Rangers U18 and the NSW U15 Talented Athlete Program. Holding a Masters in Management from UTS and Level 2 NCAS accreditation, his coaching philosophy centres on learning, change, and helping teams reach their potential while enjoying the game.

Ben Senior is a high-performance leader with extensive international and national experience. He served as Assistant Coach for the Hockeyroos during the 2023 Pro League (Sydney) and 2022 Commonwealth Games, and for the Women’s Junior National Team (Jillaroos) at the 2019 Tri Series vs India & NZ. As Head Coach of the NSW Institute of Sport Women’s Hockey Program (2019–2024) — part of Hockey Australia’s National Pathway — and Assistant Coach for six prior years, he advanced six athletes to the national program, with two making their Olympic debut in Paris. State successes include Head Coach for NSW U21 Women (Gold 2023, Bronze 2024), NSW U18 Women (Silver 2014), Hockey WA U21 Men (Gold 2011, Silver 2012), and QLD U21 Men Indoor (Silver 2013); plus Assistant Coach roles with NSW Pride Women (2019, 2023) and NSW Arrows AHL (Gold 2015–18).
