President’s Welcome
Welcome to a new and exciting season for the Northern District Hockey Association. I would like to welcome back those players from last year who are re-registering with us on Feb 9 between 12 and 4pm, and also extend a special welcome to those new players and families that will joining us for the first time in 2008.
2008 is set to be another busy but rewarding year for club. Last year our club enjoyed outstanding success on the field in its junior & senior competitions whilst priding ourselves on our family friendly culture being of utmost importance. If you are looking for equal participation, a family friendly culture, expert player development programs, skills development at all levels and a focus on safety then NDHA is the club for you.
Our club is largest in Sydney’s north & north-west for juniors ranging from age 5 onwards and is the only club that run’s an integrated player program approved by Hockey Australia that encompasses Hooked in2 Hockey trough to academy development programs. In addition to this, our women’s have been an outstanding success for the club ranging fro U18 girl’s through to 1st grade. We expect 6 teams in women’s for 2008.
I urge you to come down to the field on our registration day and meet current players, parents and committee members who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Whilst you are there you can see our 1st class facilities and also pick up some never to be repeated bargains on hockey equipment.
