Congratulations Mitchell & Matthew & NSW U15 Boys

Well done Mitchell & Matthew on a successful trip to Adelaide & winning the Australian U15 National Championships wth NSW U15 boys defeating Victoria 4-3 in the final. This makes it 4 U15 boys titles in a row for NSW.

Well done to all Junior teams on 2009 season

NDHA entered 8 teams in the Sydney Junior Metro & North Area competitions in 2009, 3 teams in Under 11's, 2 teams in Under 13's and 3 teams in U15's. From the 8 teams 5 have been successful in making the finals. After the first week of the finals the U11White have progressed to the U11C Grand Final while the U15White were eliminated from the U15C finals. From the second week of finals the U11Gold & U15Blue teams were eliminated in their Preliminary finals, while the U15Metro team advanced to the Preliminary Final against Sutherland with a tough 2-2 draw with Moorebank in the Minor Semi after extra time. Congratulations to the U11White team which drew the U11C Grand Final with Baulkham Hills to be joint Premiers. The Metro team was knocked out in the Preliminary Final.

Congratulations Adam

U13 Gold goalkeeper Adam Benari was named as the shadow goalkeeper for the U13 Boys NSW State side after competing with the SJHA 13/1 boys team at the U13 Boys State Championships held at Unanderra over the weekend July 3-5. Adam had a very strong tournament especially against eventual winners Illawarra - well done Adam.
