Second Sydney Juniors North Area U9 Gala day held at Pennant Hills - Saturday, June 19

The Under 9 players all had a ball when SJHA North Area Junior Hockey Association ran its second Under 9 Six-A-Side Gala Day at Pennant Hills.

On a beautiful winter Saturday morning Pennant Hills had never been busier. Six clubs, Northern District, Ryde, Briars and Kings Langley all sent two teams each,
while Baulkham Hills and Sydney Uni one team for a total of 10 teams and between 70-80 budding hockey stars.

With four games running side-by-side, and 12 players on the field in each game, the field was a sea of activity for two action-packed hours.
Teams were split into 2 pools of 5 and each team played 4 games. Cheered on by plenty of family support all teams performed extremely well and left the day tired from plenty of hockey and having lots of fun.
