Finals action is now happening through the various parts of the club
Well done on the following teams and good luck in your games, where possible come out and support these teams wearing the club colours - blue & yellow.
The juniors are represented in U13A's North Area Grand Final against Ryde at 10am Saturday at Ryde.
The following Womens teams are playing in Sydney North Womens finals at Pennant Hills on Sunday - ND1, ND3 & ND5 (Flushes).
The Mens side of the club Norwest Strikers 1st & 2nd grade teams are competing in both the PL1 & PL2 semi finals at Homebush Olympic pitch on Saturday afternoon.

Junior Presentation Day
All managers, coaches, players and parents mark in your diary the date for the Junior Presentation Day
Saturday September 20 between 10am - 12noon at Pennant Hills Park.
2009 Greater Sydney Conference Academy of Hockey for U15 and U17 age groups
Players are invited to register for selection trials to the Greater Sydney Conference Academy of Hockey. All eligible aged U15 or U17 boys and girls hockey players (as of January 1, 2009) are invited to trial for inclusion in the 2009 Sydney Academy, with the trials occurring on October 11, 2008.

This is an official player pathway for athletes wanting to achieve higher representative honours with their hockey careers and any aspiring players should consider participation in the Sydney Academy.
TRIVIA NIGHT

Eli Matheson after a successful Champions Trophy tournament has been selected in the Australia Mens hockey team, the Kookaburras for the Olympic games in Beijing. We wish Eli and the Kookaburras good luck at the Games. For an article about Eli written in the Hornsby Advocate click here.
